Assignment Manager/Security Officer for Civilian/Fresher
Eligibility:
He should have more than 10 years of service experience in Security field.
He should have Bachelor Degree from a recognized University.
His age should be below than 42 years.
His height should not be less than 170 Cms.
He should be physically & medically fit in all aspects.
He should not have any Police case or criminal background.
He should have capabilities of reading, writing & verbal communication in English.
He should have Computer familiarization (Compulsory)

Security Supervisor/Shift Supervisor for Ex-Serviceman/Ex-CAPF/Ex-Police etc
Eligibility:
Head Constable or Constable (General Duty) or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 05 years of service is required.
Age should be below than 48 years.
Education Qualificaction-10th passed.
He should be physically & medically fit in all aspects.
He should not have any Police case or criminal background.
He should be capable to read & write in English so that mandatory records can be maintained by him neat & clean on Main Gate of Warehouse/Batching Plants & OHE stores.
Computer familiarization (Desirable)

Junior Commissioned Officer or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 15 years of service is required.
Age should be below than 48 years.
Education Qualificaction-10th passed.
He should be physically & medically fit in all aspects.
He should not have any Police case or criminal background.

He should have more than 08 years of service experience in Security field.
He should have Education qualification up to12th passed (at least).
His age should be below than 42 years.
His height should not be less than 170 Cms.
He should be physically & medically fit in all aspects.
He should have Reading & Writing in English so that mandatory Records can be maintained by him neat & clean on Main Gate of site, where he is deployed.

Security Guards/Head Guards for Ex-Serviceman
Eligibility:
Constable (General Duty) or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of service is required.
He should not be Absconder/Removed/Dismissed/Terminated from Security Force/Defence.
Age should be below 48 years.
Education Qualificaction-10th passed.
He should be physically & medically fit in all aspects.
He should not have any Police case or criminal background.
He should be capable to read & write in English so that mandatory records can be maintained by him neat & clean on Main Gate of site, where he is deployed.

She should have minimum 10th passed education qualification.
Her age should be below than 42 years.
Her height should not be less than 160 Cms.
She should be physically & medically fit in all aspects.
She should have capability of reading & writing in English so that mandatory records can be maintained by her neat & clean on Main Gate of site, where she is deployed.
Security Training under PASARA 2005 is mandatory for her before deployment.

Security Gunman/Armed Guard
Eligibility:
As far as possible, ONLY State Home Armed Guard/PRD shall be deployed at site as per demand of client.
In case of non-availability of State Armed Guard, civilian Gunman can be deployed, who is having valid Arms License.
Security Training under PASARA 2005 is mandatory for her before deployment.
He should have minimum 10th passed education qualification. His age should be below than 42 years.
His height should not be less than 170 Cms.
He should be physically & medically fit in all aspects.
He should not have any Police case or criminal background.
But this is not enough, to get the best out of our employees.

Date of Salary disbursement
On 10th of every month, salary will be disbursed to employees.
In case, it is observed Holiday on 10th, Salary will be disbursed on 9th .
If bank is closed on 10th due to strike or any other reason, some partial amount of salary will be credited to Bank account of employee through NEFT or any other mean so that family of employee could not suffer. This partial amount will be billed from current month Salary of employee.
Probation & Confirmation of employees in the Company
Every employee will be kept under Probation review for 06 months from his date of joining in the Company. After 06 months, his performance will be reviewed on parameter of “core values of the company” i.e. ABCD
